I already contacted customer support about the incorrect sizing and that fact that I bought 3 koikuchi shirts in the same size and they all fit totally different.. when I asked for a possible discount code to purchase 3 new shirts in a larger size, rather than a refund, I was denied either option. I went ahead and ordered 3 of the same shirts in a larger size against my better judgement, but I was not impressed with the customer support that was offered to me by this company
