Momohiki is one of the work clothes widely used by artisan and also used in agricultural work and forestry work in Edo period (between 1603 and 1867) in Japan. It became a typical taiko player's costume effected by 50s Japanese film, "Muhoumatsu no Issho (The Rickshaw Man) ". This momohiki has relatively reasonable price because it's manufactured in China and has a relatively thinner cloth than other momohiki.
